Today, we're sharing this super simple, three-ingredient recipe for a Winter Sunshine Smoothie. This smoothie is perfect for breakfast or anytime of day and it's packed with vitamin-C to help fight off those winter sniffles. Check out the recipe below for a creamy, citrusy treat.

WINTER SUNSHINE SMOOTHIE
serves 1

INGREDIENTS: 

one banana, sliced & frozen
eight ounces 100% orange-tangerine juice
two sections of fresh grapefruit, pith & seeds removed

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
